FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

SAN DIEGO, California (July 14, 2009) -
Able Forensic Investigations, Inc. a Private Investigative Agency
located in San Diego is projecting a significant addition of
investigators to the Firm’s Personal Injury Investigation Section.

“The
Personal Injury Investigations Unit is comprised of a
cross-disciplinary team comprised of senior investigators who
collectively have more than 75 years of experience among them as former
state and local law enforcement professionals,” said Howard Eisemann,
CEO of Able Forensic Investigations.

Howard Eisemann further
added, “ In reality, only a small percentage of personal injury cases
go to court. These are typically investigated by very highly qualified
forensic investigators”.

The personal injury investigators of
Able Forensic Investigations have specialist skills in personal injury
accident investigation, including the knowledge and understanding of
procedures required to gather information on accidents from: existing
reports, visits to the accident site, and interviews with witnesses and
victims. They also have the specialist knowledge of how to present
their findings in formal written statements and reports to clients,
attorneys and courts alike.

“The personal injury investigator
maintains an increasingly important role in modern day life,” said
Howard Eisemann. “ Unfortunately, people do have accidents — the
consequences of which can be devastating. Any liability needs to be
established through effective investigation prior to the settlement of
any subsequent claim”.

Fraudulent claims are however also
increasingly common. Insurance companies, for example, depend upon
investigators to identify such fraudulent activity to protect their
interests.
The range of clients for a personal injury investigator
can therefore vary from an individual to attorneys to very large
organizations such as insurance companies.
