Littleton, Colorado, USA, July 15, 2009 - Foster Cares, Inc, a non-profit (501c3) recently launched their new website http://fostercares.tv
with the intention of providing no-cost access to discounts and
benefits for foster parents. They have also taken an extremely unusual
and creative approach to not-for-profit fund raising.

Foster Cares, Inc. (operator of the FosterCares.tv
website) strongly believes that foster parents deserve to be rewarded
for their unselfish efforts towards our nation’s foster children.
Especially in this difficult economy.

FosterCares.tv
seeks to help foster parents, who often struggle with tight budgets,
save a substantial amount of money in their daily lives. By working
closely with large retailers, and other successful businesses Foster
Cares, Inc. is securing tangible benefits and financial savings in the
daily lives of foster parents and caretakers to access at no cost.

FosterCares.tv
is taking a very unique approach to its initial fund raising efforts.
On their web site they are selling permanent \"Founder’s Bricks\", much
like the real-world bricks contributors can purchase to be placed in
front of a new stadium. This creative non-profit is selling a limited
number of these \"bricks\" for $123.55 each to raise an initial $500,000.
These Founder’s Bricks will remain on FosterCares.tv
forever. Each brick is a 12x12 pixel square with an image, a link to a
website of the donor’s choosing, and a larger \"roll-over\" image. Donors
can also combine bricks to present larger images and logos.

“At
the moment two simple things help our mission the most. Email signups
to keep everyone informed and of course tax deductible donations.” said
the non-profit’s founder, Chris Feinstein. \"It’s simple, the more
emails signed up for our updates, the more interest there is from the
larger companies to make offers for these foster parents. The
businesses have nothing to lose, just new customers to gain\" explained
Chris. \"And the donations will help turn our volunteers into employees.
It would be wonderful to have a full time staff working on finding,
securing and offering these discounts and benefits to a few million
foster caretakers, and in a timely manner as well\"

Currently
there are well over 500,000 children in foster care in the United
States. By some estimates this easily represents over 3 million care
takers directly involved in the lives of these children.
