SAN DIEGO, California (July 1,
2009) Able Forensic Investigations, a Private Investigation Agency in
San Diego, has announced attendance by the Asset Investigations at the
Advanced Training Institute for additional TSCM training in conjunction
with newly obtained Counter Surveillance Equipment.

Investigations conducts an Electromagnetic Spectrum sweep for the
purpose of isolating the presence of free space transmissions as in
covert video transmissions and Carrier current sweeps can be conducted
as well” said Mr. Eisemann. “The sweep checks determine low frequency
(VLF) carrier current devices as well as radiating intercoms and the
source will activate voice actuated (VOX) transmitters as well as
provide a noticeable signal on the spectrum analyzer”.




Mr. Eisemann further explained that
telephones and telephone lines are tested with a Balanced Audio Coupler
telephone that will analyze, test and detect abnormal line voltages
which would indicate a shunt or parallel type device loading the line.
